2019年1月28日，瑞典Vinge事务所中国业务部主任顾群律师、德国Noerr律师事务所中国业务部主任朱轶凡博士、法国Jeantet 律师事务所中国业务部主任尚尤律师和荷兰Dumela咨询公司董事总经理段静女士到访本所进行交流。金道所管理合伙人崔海燕、江力律师，高级合伙人申柱石律师以及初级合伙人陆婕律师参加了本次交流会。

On January 28, 2019, Ms. Qun Gu, head of the China Practice Group of Swedish law firm Vinge, Dr. Yifan Zhu, head of the China Desk of German law firm Noerr, Mr. Shang You, head of the China Desk of French law firm Jeantet, and Ms. Jing Duan, Managing Director of Dumela Consulting of the Netherlands, visited Zhejiang Brighteous Law Firm. Mrs. Haiyan Cui and Mr. Li Jiang, managing partners of Brighteous, Mr. Zhushi Shen, senior partner, and Ms. Jie Lu, junior partner of Brighteous, attended the meeting.

Mrs. Haiyan Cui expressed warm welcome to the delegates on behalf of Brighteous and introduced the lawyers present in the meeting, the firm and the development of the foreign-related legal services.

金道所高级合伙人、曾赴比利时培训的申柱石律师介绍了金道保加利亚办公室的情况，知识产权团队负责人、管理合伙人、曾赴美国培训的江力律师介绍了浙江企业国际化过程中对于境外知识产权律师的具体需求和建议，跨境投资贸易与合规团队、法国双硕士陆婕律师介绍了团队近年来在跨境投资、争议解决领域承办的典型业绩。

Mr. Zhushi Shen, senior partner of Brighteous, who has training background in Belgium, introduced the Bulgaria office of Brighteous. Mr. Li Jiang, managing partner and head of the Intellectual Property Group of Brighteous, who was trained in the USA, commented on Zhejiang enterprises’ demands and requirements for overseas IP attorneys during their globalization. Ms. Jie Lu, member of Brighteous’ Cross-border Investment Trade and Compliance Group, who has obtained two master degrees in France, introduced the group’s recent experience in cross-border investment and dispute resolution.

Me. SHEN Zhushi, qui avait suivi une formation en Belgique, a fait une présentation de desk bulgare. Me. JIANG Li, responsable du secteur de la propriété intellectuelle et qui avait suivi une formation aux États-Unis, a présenté les besoins spécifiques et les suggestions des entreprises du Zhejiang aux avocats étrangers en propriété intellectuelle dans le processus d’internationalisation. Me. LU Jie, avocate pratiquante au secteur du commerce, les investissements transfrontaliers et de la conformité, titulaire du double master français de droit, a présenté les performances de l’équipe ces dernières années dans le domaine des investissements transfrontaliers et du règlement des litiges.

最后，各位嘉宾针对双方未来合作的可能展开讨论。双方均表示，今后将进一步加强互动和交流，通过优势互补，共同致力于保障浙江企业到欧洲投资的合法权益，并帮助预防和解决争议。

In the end, the delegates discussed the possibilities of future cooperation. Both sides wish to further strengthen interaction and exchanges in the future, and to work together to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of Zhejiang enterprises when investing in Europe, to help prevent and resolve disputes if any.
