On October 29th, 2013, “2013 Investment and Financing Conference for Growing Enterprises in Zhejiang” (IFCZ) opened in the Provincial Great Hall of the People. This conference was jointly hosted by Provincial Committee of Economy and IT, Zhejiang Province Overseas Friendship Association, Zhejiang Province Federation of Commerce and Industry, Provincial Financial Affairs Office, The People’s Bank of China Hangzhou Center Branch and Zhejiang Banking Regulatory Bureau. Our lawyer Wu Hongliang was invited to attend the conference.      The conference aimed at “optimizing the financing environment, and boosting the enterprises’ growth”. Investment agencies, financial institutions and law firms from both home and abroad negotiated directly with enterprises. Lawyers Wu Hongliang and Li Dan introduced our law firm to the enterprises representatives, give advises according to the circumstances they encountered. Both the participants and the lecturers exchanged opinions on issues the faced in practice.
