On April 25, 2013, our lawyers Cui Haiyan and Yu Juming participated in a symposium on “Corporate Deadlock Solutions” jointly held by International Trade Law Committee and Securities Business Committee of Hangzhou Lawyers Association as guest speakers.
    Lawyer Cui Haiyan started from the perspective of “the shareholders’ right to know”, introduced a case, shared with everyone about the legal service schemes when a deadlock happened, and amplified the implementation problems in the practice.
    Lawyer Yu Juming then presented her speech on“Design of articles of association and prevention of corporate deadlock” from several aspects, her speech played an essential role, and provided a new method on the issue.
    The symposium discussed thoroughly on the topic, based on practice, combined the needs of legal service market, put forward a series of solutions, and provide references for lawyers to solve corporate deadlock problems.
