On July.17th, Practice and Theory Seminar of Hangzhou lawyers in 2010 was held in Zhijiang Hotel. The disquisition Study on the Validity of Share Repurchase Agreement written by lawyer Zhu Zhihui and Huang Liang won the third prize and disquisition Study on the Related Legal Issues of Maritime Preservation written by lawyer Huang Liang won the outstanding award in the seminar.
