On July 20th, 2009, the case ‘Whirlwind driving on May 7th of HANGZHOU’ was judged in public by Hangzhou West Lake District People’s Court. The defendant Hu Bin was found guilty of Traffic Accident Crime and sentenced to prison for 3 years.
