·In the first case of defender jeopardizing testifying in Hangzhou, the defendant was ultimately exempt from Criminal Punishment.

·In the bribery case of Tian, ex-director of Hangzhou Jail Management Bureau, lawyer Wang’s opinion was adopted by the court and Tian was imposed a lenient sentence of a fixed-term imprisonment of 7 years.

·Dai, the ex-director of Zhejiang Environmental Protection Bureau and his son-in-law were sued for common bribery. Under the defense of lawyer Wang, his son-in-law who participated in the bribery with a value of RMB 200,000 was sentenced to a probation.

·Bian, the ex-director of Research and Teaching Resource Office of Zhejiang Education Department was sued for corruption. Through the efforts of lawyer Wang, Bian was ultimately sentenced to a fixed-term imprisonment of three years with suspension of sentence for the cause of defalcation.

·Cheng, as the other directly responsible person for the crime of smuggling conducted by the largest down feather enterprises in Asia, was sentenced to death penalty with a two-year suspension of execution.

·Shanghai Jiubang Chemical CO. Ltd. was sued for illegal selling of some analeptic, with a sum of 14 billion related. Under lawyer Wang’s defenses, the corporate representative was imposed a lenient sentence with suspended imprisonment.

·Yan who was committed intentional homicide and dismembered the body because of family disputes was finally sentenced to death penalty with a two-year suspension of execution.

·Zheng, the defendant of a robbery and murder case in Chun’an District in Hangzhou was sentenced to a fixed-term imprisonment of 14 years thanks to lawyer Wang’s efforts.

·In a contract defraud case in Wenzhou, on Nov.5^th,2008, with a value of RMB 8 billion, the defendant Zheng was imposed a fixed-term imprisonment in the trial of second instance.
