·Representing Hangzhou securitie department of Great Wall Trust and Investment Corporation of China in the case of debenture honoring against Hangzhou security department of GuoTaiJunAn Joint-stock Limited Company of Securities for the cause of debenture cashing, lawyer Lai acted as the procurator of the former party who had achieved complete triumph. The paper of civil judgment (No. (1999)Hangjingchuzi) was embodied as the precedent guidance in the Communiqué of the Highest People’s Court.
·In 2002, lawyer Lai represented the defendant, Zhejiang Jindi Futures CO. Ltd. which was the largest futures managing corporation of China at that time in a case of fraud in futures trade. The two parties reached amicable settlement in the trial of second instance.
·In 2007, lawyer Lai represented Lu Miaoquan, the representative of a class action, the defendant of which was Hangzhou filial of China Life Insurance Company Ltd. The plaintiffs achieved entire success in the case to reinstate the force of pension insurance contract with no appeal of the defendant.
·Lawyer Lai has represented an institution affiliated to Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission in a case of repaying the low interest and sub government loan of Japan.
·Lawyer Lai has smoothly solved the dispute of trust management of finances between a famous individual in communication industry and Northwest Securities Corporation, and successfully recovered the financing capital of about RMB 10 million for the individual.
·During the bankruptcy liquidation period of Jinxin Trust and Investment Joint-stock Co. Ltd, lawyer Lai, representing an institution affiliated to Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission, helped to retrieve a huge sum of treasury bonds which was hypothecated and transferred to be hypothecated by Securities Registration and Clearing Corporation of China.
Intellectual Property
In the suit of Honeywell International Corporation (ranking in the top 200 of the top 500 in the world) accusing Hangzhou Honglai Trade Co. Ltd. of well-known trademark tort and illicit competition, lawyer Lai represented Honglai Corporation that wined the suit partially.
Real Estate
In the recent 20 years, lawyer Lai has successfully dealt with several severe collisions in the relocation of residence in some large project like the Reform Project of Fengqi Road and Qingchun Road, the Westward Project of the West Lake, the Reform Project of Luojiazhuang, a village in the city, the Project of East Hangzhou Railway Station, etc.

·In the case of large sum tax dodging, the defendant, Daming Electronic Company was imposed a lenient punishment due to lawyer Lai’s defenses.
·In the case of contract fraud with a total amount of RMB 50 million, the defendant Fan was imposed a lenient punishment due to lawyer Lai’s defenses.
·In the case of a former Soviet Union citizen charging a US citizen with intentional injury, the defendant Fan was imposed a lenient punishment due to lawyer Lai’s defenses.
