Our regular client, who is a well-known global catering chain enterprise, was faced a dispute regarding lease contracts. Our client was the subtenant among three parties. The landlord and tenant decided to end a lease contract between them which would definitely damage the interest of our client that would lead to million losses. In fact, it was quite difficult to ask the tenant to fulfill its obligation through litigation since there was an agreement terminating the lease contract between landlord and tenant in advance. They sued the landlord and the tenant for a revocation of the agreement, claiming that there should be malicious collusion between these two parties.
