On April 1, at the invitation of Hangzhou Commercial & Trade Specialized Secondary School, Lawyer Wang Xiaohui gave the lecture of “Juvenile Crimes and the Control” for more than 1000 students of the school.
With the start point of 2 violence criminal cases dealt with by himself, Lawyer Wang Xiaohui introduced the juvenile crimes and the treatment. He explored the formation, features, and types of juvenile criminal cases with the illustrations of his own cases. And after having systematically analyzed cases of juvenile crimes, he proposed the preventive measures. Lawyer Wang points out that the minors should be self-controlled and avoid any small offenses; the parents should improve the family environment, and fulfill their duty of custody; the schools should enhance the legal education and raise the legal consciousness of the students; and the society should care for the growing environment of the minors. Lastly, Lawyer Wang Xiaohui reminded the students that besides the prevention of crimes, the minors should be cautious and avoid harms as possible.
After the lecture, Lawyer Wang Xiaohui exchanged views with the school directors on the prevention of typical misconducts of the students. The school expressed that the legal lecture was very helpful for the growth of the minors, and the school would continually keep in touch with the law firm.
