The second issue of Research on Rule of law this year has published the paper ‘Enterprises’ New Concept and Countermeasure within the New Framework of Law’ written by Attorney Zhu Zhihui, the senior partner of our firm.
     
Research on Rule of law is an open-published periodical directed by Zhejiang Law Society. Attorney Zhu’s paper was composed on the basis of his lecture in Zhejiang Medium and Small Enterprises Forum of Law-ruling. Unique viewpoints of this paper has drawn abroad attention of Xinhua Net and other famous mediae.
