On March 31, 2008, lawyers of the Firm attended the Seminar of “Going Public in Australia: a New Choice for Chinese Companies” which was held by the Tindall Gask Bentley, and sponsored by the Listing Office of the Hangzhou Municipal Government and Hangzhou Lawyers Association.
Director of the Firm, Lawyer Hu Xiangfu addressed the opening remarks for the seminar as the president of Hangzhou Lawyers Association. And representatives from law firm, accounting firm, security broker, and immigration agencies from Australia introduced the legal, accounting, and distribution issues, etc. with regard to listing in Australia. Lawyers of the Firm participated in the discussion on the issues of the preconditions and procedures for the Chinese enterprises to get listed in Australia, and communicated with the relevant professionals.
