On May 21st and 22nd, Lawyer Wu Zhengke of international investment and financing department attended the practical training of financing, strypped-down and restructuring of small and medium sized enterprises before going to the market. In the two-day training, specialists gave lectures on several related issues in detail. During the training, lawyer Wu Zhengke discussed with the people in charge of the marketing enterprises and people of agencies on the legal issues concerning investment and financing of PE and going to the market of enterprise securities.
