On June 19th 2012, Int’l Business Law Committee of Hangzhou Lawyers Association held a symposium on “lawyers’ practices between China and America”. Around 30 committee members and lawyers who were eager to learn mergers and acquisition in America attended the symposium. Lawyer Cui Haiyan hosted the symposium, Lawyer Li Pingshan (ULMER & BERNE LLP) and Lawyer Brad Kaplan gave lectures on mergers and acquiring NPA respectively.
