From June 1st to 3rd, 2013, the third China Yiwu E-commerce and On-line Production Expo (YEOPE) was held in the Zhejiang Yiwu International Expo Center, jointly hosted by China E-commerce Association and Yiwu government. Our law firm was invited as the only legal service provider of the Expo, and our lawyers Shen Zhushi, Xu Xusheng, Zhang Yanlai and associate Yang Chong participated and provided legal advise during the entire process.
    Lawyer Shen Zhushi hosted the “On-line Merchants Legal Knowledge Hall”, and lawyer Zhang Yanlai gave a lecture on “On-line Merchants Necessary Course”, elaborating and pointed out problems exhibitors might encounter. The lecture was of a great success. Mr. Shen obtained their consistent high praise. Meanwhile, Lawyer Xu Risheng explained the differences between judicial theory and practice to the exhibitors.
    Although e-commerce is booming, but there still exists several problems such as imperfect legal system, lack of legal talents and so on, our E-commerce Legal Service Department aims at providing comprehensive legal services for e-commerce and the merchants.
