In the afternoon of September 1, the general staff meeting was convened and hosted by Lawyer Wang Quanming.
Firstly, the Director Hu Xiangfu warmly welcomed Wei Yongqiang, Luo Hongtao and other four lawyers who have recently jointed the firm. They have infused fresh blood into the firm and laid the foundation for an outstanding lawyer group.
Secondly, under the guidance of Lawyer Hu Dongqian, all the staff carefully studied “Advices on how to enhance and improve lawyer’s work” issued by Party Committee General Office and the General Office of the City and “Development planning of the lawyer career of Hangzhou City (2006-2010)” issued by Municipal Development and Reform Committee.
Finally, the Director Hu Xiangfu shared his experience in how to become a good lawyer with the colleagues——quality decided by characteristics; brand decided by quality; market decided by brand.
