Recently, Lawyer Guo Li attended the second session of the training programme of Zhejiang anti-dumping qualified personnel held by the Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Personnel, Zhejiang Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Department and Zhejiang Provincial Department of Justice, and obtained the Certificate of Training Programme of Zhejiang Anti-dumping Qualified Personnel (domestic stage).
