From June 7th to 11th, 2013, the 15th Zhejiang Investment and Trade Negotiation Conference sponsored by Zhejiang province people’s government opened in Ningbo. As an excellent foreign lawyers group, the International trade and Investment Department of our firm was invited to participate in the Overseas Investment special activities on June 9th to provide legal consultation services for all the participating enterprises. Our firm was among the few agencies invited to attend the conference, together with internationally known accounting firms PWC and DTT, and American and European investment consulting firms. The “Foreign Investment Legal Services Mamual for Enterprises” made by the department received good evaluation from the participating enterprises. Lawyer Cui Haiyan also communicated with enterprises from Southeast Asia and other countries.
    Recently, the scale of overseas investment in Zhejiang province expands unceasingly, but there still exists some problems. The International Trade and Investment Department of our firm was the first to set up a professional website “Zhejiang Overseas Investment Legal Center” (www.zhejianglegal.com), providing a legal service paltform for foreign investment enterprises, and the group has already provided such legal support services for enterprises to invest in Mongolia, Germany, Slovakia, the United States, Brazil, Southeast Asia and other places.
