Invited by Legal Training Center in Xiaoshan District and Xiaoshan Credit Union Office, Lawyer Zhu Zhihui, senior partner of Brighteous Law firm, co-chairman of Corporate Law Studies for small and mid-sized enterprises , gave a lecture on “Corporate Law and Enterprise Operation” for enterprise representatives in Xiaoshan District.    During the lecture, lawyer Zhu Zhihui expressed his opinion through case analysis. The topics include limited liability and independent body of law, which are fundamental theories in corporations. Mr Zhu also answered questions raised by the audience.
