On July 27th, 2013, the Third Session of the Fifth Council Conference by Chamber of Commerce was held in Yongjia, Hangzhou. The conference was held in Zhijiang Hotel, during which a forum was specially organized . Lawyer Zhu Zhihui, senior partner of Brighteous Law Firm, vice chairman of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Law Studies Institute of Zhejiang Province, deputy head of Hangzhou Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce legal advisory group, was invited to give a lecture about “Legal Risks Prevention in Corporate Equity M&A”.
      During the lecture, lawyer Zhu Zhihui analyzed the risks through case analysis. He also put forward corresponding suggestions which targeted at multiple practical issues. Zhu received warm welcome and praise.
