In the afternoon of August 31, 2007, the “Juvenile Criminal Defense Seminar” was held by the Criminal Law Committee of the Hangzhou Lawyers Association. About 30 members of the Criminal Law Committee and lawyers attended the seminar.
The senior judge and presiding judge of the second criminal tribunal of the Hangzhou Intermediate Court Mr. Liu Shuhai introduced the criminal judicial policies for juvenile crimes at the seminar. Senior partner of the Firm, Lawyer Hu Dongqian hosted the meeting and introduced the relevant laws on juvenile crimes.
The seminar is rich in content and well targeted. It is instructional for practice and was well received by the attendees.
