Recently, Lawyer Zhu Zhihui was appointed as the Deputy Director of the Legal Panel of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Democratic League, which was decided by the 10th Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Democratic League.
 
The Democratic League is one of the parties participating in the state affairs. Lawyer Zhu Zhihui has undertaken the positions of member of the Legal Panel of Hangzhou Municipal Committee, member of the Youth Panel of the Zhejiang Committee since his membership of the Democratic League began in 2002, and made his efforts in democratic supervision and participation in and deliberation of state affairs, and has obtained the praises such as activist of participation in and deliberation of state affairs of the Hangzhou Committee of the Democratic League. The research reports and proposals he submitted regarding the legislation and property rights of privately-run education of the country, medical system reformation, etc. have played an active role in promoting the construction of democracy and system of law.
