In late June, 2013, our senior partner Qian Xuehui and lawyer Xu Yangchao represented Wenzhou Jiujiu Hotel in Wenzhou JiuJiu Hotel Management Co., Ltd. v. Podinns. The court’s result was in favor of Wenzhou Jiujiu Hotel.
    JiuJiu Co., Ltd alleged that Podinns made unauthorized use of the company’s “99 Hotel Chain” in Baidu promotion. Our lawyers investigated and prepared quantities of solid evidence, thus made a strong argument. Ultimately, the court was in favor of Jiujiu Hotel, overruled all of the plaintiff’s claims. This triumph is of great significance in the field of intellectual property.
