On May 17, 2013, the supreme people’s court held a symposium on the judicial interpretation draft of private lending in Hangzhou Jinyuan Hotel. The conference was organized by the people’s Bank hangzhou branch. Participants includes the chief judge in Civial Tribunal of the Supreme Court, the headquarters of the people’s bank department of treaties and law, the China banking regulatory commission regulation division, the State Council legislative affairs office, and the headquarters of four state-owned banks compliance department. The leaders of legislative affairs office of Zhejiang province, financial office and other industrial representatives were also present at the conference.
    Our lawyer Ling Dong participated in the symposium at the invitation of the pawn industry association of Zhejiang province, on behalf of Zhejiang local pawn industry, commented on problems relating to non-governmental financial development in Zhejiang, legal practice, and the particularity of pawn industries.
