With the efforts among different legal groups in our law firm, we successfully dealt with a significant project on corporate restructuring. It was the biggest non-litigation project for our law firm in 2012. We established a professional legal team, played as an administrator, did a series of legal matters regarding restructuring and coordinated the interests of different parties in the corporation, and finally helped the corporation to restructuring from share transfer and business cooperation. The corporation was very satisfied for what we had done.
