From April 9 to 10,2010, China Contract Law Forum which is hosted by ACLA, Zhejiang Lawyers Association and co-sponsored by Civil Law Committee of ACLA was held in Hangzhou. The paper ‘Study on the issue of the force of shares redemption agreement ‘ written by lawyer Zhu Zhihui and Huang Liang was collected in ‘Lawyers Practice on Contract Law’ as outstanding paper.
