On 22th April of 2009, The Supreme People’s Court announced 50 typical cases of China in 2008 concerning IP judicial protection, among which the Appearance Design infringement appellate case of Tonglu Guanghua Culture commodities Co., Limited versus Tonglu Jiahe Pencil production plant was handled by Lawyer Zhao Jian and Lawyer Yu Linli.
