On July 12th,2008, Attorney Wang Xiaohui and Attorney Xia Jiapin won prizes on 2008 Hangzhou Legal Practice and Theory Seminar. Attorney Wang Xiaohui’s thesis on criminal policy won a third prize, and the co-author paper on boundary between theft and fraud written by attorney Xia Jiapin and attorney Wang Xiaohui won the excellent paper award.
