On December 21, 2007, sponsored by the Zhejiang Provincial Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Bureau, the Zhejiang Law Society, the Zhejiang University Guanggua Law School, and undertaken by the Firm and the Zhejiang Provincial Small and Medium Sized Enterprise Law Society, the 1st Zhejiang Province Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Legal Forum successfully concluded in Hangzhou.
The theme of the Forum was “to facilitate the scientific development of small and medium sized enterprises, to promote the prosperity of the people and the Province through entrepreneurship and innovation”. The vice Director of the Provincial Standing Committee of NPC Mr. Ye Rongbao made an important speech. The Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Division of the National Development & Reform Commission sent the special congratulatory letter to the Forum. The Director of the Zhejiang Provincial Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Bureau Mr. Wu Jiaxi, vice Director of the Zhejiang Justice Bureau Mr. Wu Qiangjun, the Dean of Zhejiang University Guanggua Law School Mr. Sun Xiaoxia and other leaders and experts were present at the Forum. Over 120 attendees from all-level government organs, law schools, law firms and small and medium sized enterprises participated in the exchange. The Forum explored every aspect concerning the law of SMEs and achieved satisfactory results.

Senior Partner of the Firm, Outstanding Youth Lawyer of the Hangzhou City Lawyer Wang Quanming made the speech of “Legal Risk Prevention in the HR Management of Enterprises”. Senior Partner of the Firm, Director of the International Business Law Committee of the Hangzhou Lawyers Association, Lawyer Cui Haiyan hosted the salon in the evening of December 21, during which Partner of the Firm, Lawyer Shen Zhushi made the speech of “Overseas Corporate Registration and Financing”.
