On December 24, 2007, Xinhua Net published the article by Journalist Li Yabiao “‘Equity, harmony and responsibility’—Chinese enterprises greet the year of 2008 under the new legal framework and concepts”（http://www.zj.xinhuanet.com/newscenter/2007-12/25/content_12043997.htm）, in which the concepts that enterprises of the country are under the new legal framework as firstly brought up by Lawyer Zhu Zhihui was entirely accepted and the new concepts of “equity, harmony and responsibility” and the new strategies of “autonomy, honesty and science’ advocated by Lawyer Zhu Zhihui were elaborately introduced. The Sina Net, International Daily and other more than 10 well known media also reported successively.
