6 Lawyers of the Firm were Appointed as the first “Counsels for Entrepreneurship & Innovation of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises of the Zhejiang Province”
On December 21, 2007, in the 1st Zhejiang Province Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Legal Forum, 6 lawyers of the Firm, Hu Xiangfu, Zhu Zhihui, Cui Haiyan, Wang Quanming, Shen Zhushi, and Zhao Jian were appointed as the first “counsels for entrepreneurship & innovation of small and medium sized enterprises of the Zhejiang Province” with the term of 3 years.
For providing further legal services to the SMEs, the Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Bureau appointed 50 lawyers in the Province as the first “counsels for entrepreneurship & innovation of small and medium sized enterprises”. The counsels will review and take the legal support applications from the SMEs, be responsible for organizing and implementing the legal support for the SMEs, and will instruct the SMEs the legal support work at the city and county level.
