On August 9th, 2007, in the meeting room of the third floor of the Hangzhou Municipal Government, the director of the Firm Lawyer Hu Xiangfu gave the lecture on the Property Rights Law to the “four groups of leaders” of Hangzhou Party Committee and the Municipal Government, leaders of deputy director level or above of municipal government directly supervised organs, and “four groups of leaders” of district level, etc. Based on the reality of the government work, Lawyer Hu explained the Property Rights Law from the aspects ranging from the legislation background, principles, property rights system, to the construction land use right, the development and operation rights of the infrastructure of the government. The lecture was comprehensive, but laid stresses on certain issues as well. The Municipal Standing Committee Member and Standing Deputy Mayor Mr. Sun Jingmao hosted the meeting. After the lecture, Mr. Sun made the remarks that the lecture of Lawyer Hu was theoretical and practical, intensive but intelligible, and was lively as well. The lecture to some extent could advance the work of the government and relevant organs.
