On 28th July, 2007, the 2007 Annual Practical & Theoretical Theses Proseminar of Hangzhou City was held by Hangzhou Lawyer’s Association, and 46 theses were submitted for competition. Lawyer Cui Haiyan of the Firm attended the proseminar and made a speech on her thesis “The U.S. Anti-dumping Proceedings and the Strategies for Chinese Enterprises”, which was awarded the third prize by the judges. The thesis “How to respond to the US 337 Proceeding by Chinese Enterprises” of Jiang Li, lawyer of the International Trade and Investment Department of the Firm was awarded the outstanding prize.
