In the afternoon of 6th July, 2007, member of the International Trade and Investment Department attended the “Forum of Comparing United States and China Patent Law” in the Shilla Suzhou Hotel, participated in the seminar on the differences between the US and Chinese patent law systems especially from the angles of patent prosecution and litigation strategies, and communicated with other professionals of the relevant fields from US and China.
The forum was held by the Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP, Suzhou Industry Garden Management Commission, Suzhou Industry Garden IPR Bureau and Suzhou Integrated Circuit Industry Association.
