In the morning of April 13, 2007, members of the International Trade and Investment Department of the Firm attended the “Introduction to Listing in Germany” seminar held by the Deutsche Borse AG, Zhejing Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation Bureau and the financial office of the Zhejiang Provincial Government in Hangzhou Radisson Hotel and collected the information of the procedures, costs, timetable and intermediate organizations for Chinese enterprises to go public in Germany.
