Great awards obtained by the lawyers of the Firm in the Zhejiang Provincial Annual Practical & Theoretical Theses Proseminar
In 18-20 August, Lawyer Li Bingbing was awarded the “Best Speech Award” and her thesis Protection of Pledge Rights in the Punitive Retrieval of Land Rights was awarded the second prize. Lawyer Cui Haiyan’s thesis The Application of Indirect Evidences and Statutory Compensation Methods in Trademark Violation Litigations was awarded the third prize.
